All Female Colorado 38's
The 38s are now offering a girls program starting this spring!
The Colorado 14ers are excited to announce our NEW high end spring training opportunity! The Colorado 14ers will be joining the Colorado 38’s in collaboration with the Littleton Hawks for our competitive spring hockey season. The Colorado 38’s girls program is a high level opportunity suited for competitive female hockey players to train and compete at the 10U 12U and 14U level. Players will have the opportunity to practice on and off the ice with their designated teams during the months of April and May before attending an out of state tournament to wrap up their spring season. The Colorado 38's mission is to provide an opportunity for players looking for a premier spring program in a completely neutral and pressure-free environment. The industrious and extremely rewarding culture is a necessity for our athletes to not only develop as hockey players, but also well beyond the rink.

Our current 14ers head skills coach, Evan brings one of the most impressive hockey backgrounds to the coaching staff and we could not be more thrilled to have her involved in our program. Evan played her youth hockey LHA before transitioning to the girls side playing AAA hockey at Colorado Select from its inaugural season through her Senior year of high school. Evan attended Rocky Mountain District and USA Hockey's National Camp throughout her youth career where she had the opportunity to represent the state of Colorado and be considered for the National program. Following her youth career, Evan was recruited to play NCAA Division 1 hockey where she had a standout 4 years Colgate before ending her amazing career playing for ESC Planegg in the EWHL in Germany. Evan not only brings a wealth of knowledge of the game, but adds value in her ability to teach skating in skills and mentorship for all females in our program.
Our current Colorado 14ers 16AA assistant coach, Sasha grew up playing AA & AAA hockey all over Colorado and Dallas before concluding her career at CU Boulder. Sophia Nelson is wrapping up her high school hockey career playing AAA at Team Colorado the last 2 seasons. Prior to playing at TC, Sophia played youth hockey at Colorado Select and the Colorado 14ers. Sophia is entering her second season coaching spring hockey, and is very eager to get on the ice with the players! Sophia is undecided on where she will be attending college in the fall, but will be landing at an NCAA hockey program.
Cali Gonzalez's most recent endeavor involved playing for the CU Women’s ACHA hockey team, where she contributed to securing two Regional Championships and qualifying for two national ACHA tournaments. Prior to her university years, she dedicated herself to honing her skills with the Colorado Select 19 AA team, establishing a solid foundation for her journey in ice hockey. Cali's commitment to excellence reached new heights when she earned a spot on Team Colorado 19 AAA, playing under the guidance of Coach Chad McLeod for two years. The experience not only enhanced her skills, but also exposed her to the pinnacle of competition, as she traveled the Nation to face elite girls’ hockey clubs. Throughout her 17-year hockey journey, starting at age 5, she has continually evolved as a player, imbibing valuable lessons that have contributed to her personal growth and effectiveness as a teammate.
Brian McConnell was raised in Colorado Springs were he grew up playing youth hockey at the AAA level.
